Yes, for all static QR codes: link, Wi-Fi, phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp… From the editor, pick a static type, customise it and download it straight away (PNG, SVG, PDF or WebP) — no account required. Everything happens in your browser: we never know what you encoded, and these QR codes never expire.

An account is only needed for dynamic QR codes: content you can change after printing, hosted pages (documents, photos, audio), scan statistics, PIN code, geofencing.

Yes, for all dynamic QR codes — that is what they are for. From the QR code’s page (“Content” tab), change the destination URL or the text, add, remove or reorder documents and photos, replace an audio file… Changes apply immediately: the QR codes you have already printed, put up or engraved now point to the new content, with no reprinting.

Exception: the “Simple URL” QR code (static). Its destination is encoded directly in the QR image and cannot be changed after creation. If you need to change it after printing, choose “Trackable URL” instead.

A static QR code never expires, by nature: its destination (phone number, Wi-Fi, address…) is drawn into the QR pattern itself, so it works without our servers. Unlike many other generators, we never turn a free QR code into a redirect that stops working at the end of a trial.

A dynamic QR code (hosted page, editable content, statistics) is tied to your account and your plan: it stays active as long as the plan covers it. If it no longer does, the QR code is deactivated — never deleted — and you can reactivate it as soon as a plan covers it again.

Scans: we email you at around 80% of your monthly quota. Once you go over it, your QR codes stop being served to visitors until the 1st of the following month — or until you upgrade to a higher plan. Static QR codes (URL, phone, SMS, email, Wi-Fi) don’t consume any scans and keep working.

Storage: only new uploads are blocked; nothing is deleted.

Number of QR codes: excess QR codes are deactivated, never deleted. You reactivate them yourself as soon as your plan covers them again.

Yes, at any time and with no minimum term — the current period remains due. You keep your plan until the end of the period already paid, then your workspace goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted when you cancel: the QR codes the Free plan no longer covers are deactivated, not erased.

Your scan statistics remain viewable within the Free plan’s window (30 days) and are kept for a further 90 days: upgrading again within that time brings them back.

No — no refunds, in full or in part. You have a permanent Free plan and a 14-day free trial to evaluate the service before paying. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, during which you keep your access. The details are in our terms of service (Termination and Right of withdrawal sections).

There is no password to change: your account has never had one. You sign in with a link sent by email (or the 6-digit code that comes with it), or with Google, LinkedIn or Microsoft. Nothing to remember, nothing to reset.

For the same reason, two-factor authentication isn’t offered: the sign-in factor is already access to your mailbox. Protecting it (a strong password, two-factor authentication with your email provider) protects your account.

From your settings. Deletion becomes final after a 30-day grace period: as soon as you ask, your workspace is paused (your QR codes no longer respond to scans) and, the next time you sign in, a “Restore my account” button cancels the request. After that period, QR codes, folders and files are permanently deleted. Your subscription isn’t renewed, but the period already paid remains yours.

If you own the organisation, the whole workspace is deleted, including the accounts of the members you invited. If you are an invited member, you are simply removed from the organisation: its QR codes and files remain intact. Invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your files (drawings, photos, PDFs) are stored on AWS S3 in the Paris region (eu-west-3). Application data is hosted in the European Union, and GDPR-compliant data processing agreements (DPAs) are in place with our cloud providers.
