Information about the publisher and host of buildqr.app, published under article 6-III of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy.
The site is hosted by the following provider, which carries out the direct and permanent storage of the content published on it:
All elements making up the BuildQR site — structure, text, interfaces, visual identity, software — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the publisher or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Content uploaded by users (documents, images, audio files) remains their exclusive property. The publisher holds only the technical rights strictly necessary to provide the service: storage, transmission and display at the time of the scan.
The personal data processing carried out on the site, its purposes, legal bases and retention periods are described in the privacy policy. Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability may be exercised by writing to privacy@buildqr.app. Any person also has the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
The service allows its users to host content and create links. Any manifestly unlawful content reachable through a QR code may be reported to contact@buildqr.app, stating the address of the content concerned and the grounds for the report. The publisher will remove manifestly unlawful content notified in this way.
